All data is stored in UK data centres, encrypted in transit and at rest. MEOs is fully GDPR compliant: you control who can access what through roles and permissions, every action is recorded in an audit log, and we never use your project data to train AI models. You can export or delete your data at any time.
No. MEOs drafts documents from your project data and industry standard templates. Where information is missing, the AI flags it as a gap for you to complete rather than inventing an answer. Every document goes through your own review and approval workflow before it can be issued, so an engineer always has the final say.
Every document exports to properly formatted Word, PDF or Excel. You can export individually, or select a whole set, such as a complete handover pack, and download it as a single ZIP. Exports carry your company branding, document numbers and revision history.
MEOs has seven roles, from Viewer through Engineer and Site Manager up to Admin. Each role controls what a user can see, create, approve or delete, and permissions are enforced on the server for every action. Subcontractors can be given limited access to just the projects and forms they need.
Yes. MEOs works in the browser on any phone or tablet, and recently opened documents, forms and diary entries remain available when signal drops. Anything you record offline syncs automatically as soon as you are back in coverage.
Monthly plans are rolling contracts, so you can cancel from your admin settings at any time and you will not be billed again. Before you go, you can export every document, drawing and record in standard formats. Your data is yours, and we permanently delete it on request.
